We have pets!!

Okay guys I have realized I'm kinda terrible at letting you all know who we are teaching and what's happening in that world. So let's get started with a rundown of the people we are teaching. We have our friend Ember and she is getting baptized this Saturday!! She is 11 and so sweet. We are so excited for her! Next up is our friend Chris. Chris is awesome! His fiancée Stephanie will join in on lessons and they both have so many questions but are receptive to all the answers we give them! He keeps all of the commitments we give him which is super awesome too! Next up we have Janet and she has also been taught all the lessons. We are helping her with some stuff but she is going to be baptized on December 31st! We have a few others we are teaching as well and they are all so awesome!

My queen. The best trainer I could ever ask for truly. I feel blessed every day to have her!

On Monday we went to the USS Alabama battleship for pday. We went as a zone and toured the submarine there, the planes, and the battleship. It was pretty cool!

We also got to see the ocean so that was awesome

Then that night we drove 4 hours to B-ham again because we had the temple in the morninggg. It gets dark here so early so the drives feel so late haha

The temple was so amazing and the zone conference was so cool too because the entire mission was there! We had fire trainings with our zone and from other leadership. It was so cool to be around so many missionaries all day. Got to see the squad from the MTC too!
Spot the elders in the back
When you can actually see the sunset and aren't surrounded by trees the sunsets are really pretty. I do miss the mountains tho.

So many times my comp and I say the same thing or we are thinking the same thing. We are pretty much the same person and it's lit. We got to catch up on sleep too this week cause my comp got sick so that was sad to not go out but I enjoyed taking a nap!

We went to an activity and made ornaments and we painted one for each other and we made a promise to hang each other's on our Christmas trees for the rest of our lives. We will keep each other accountable.

We got drinks, are we surprised?

We got to do a family history booth with the elders and we didn't find anyone but once we packed up we talked to a lady and shared about gamily history and she was so sweet and interested.

This is in one of our kitchen cupboards 😃 we have a colony of cockroach eggs I think made by that lovely lady! So many sweet pets roaming around it's so sweet haha. Live laugh love. Thankfully tho we get to move apartments tomorrow!! We get a two bed two bath and its newer so praying we won't have cockroaches!!

We have so many calls every day because we are trying to see if people have moved and that's normally less successful but gotta do it

Another fun sunset. It's so fun when it's not cloudy but then we see the sunset at 4:45 and the realize we have 4 more hours of work and we get shlumped

Well that's pretty much all I have for this week! It goes by fast but every day is long and tiring. Mission day to day life is hard but it is worth it. The weeks fly by and it's crazy to think how long I have already been out. I love seeing people learn more about God and His plan for us. It's a perfect plan and so so loving. He knows everything and gave us His Son who felt everything. We are never alone. We are loved and cared for. I had to study for a thought I had to give and the talk I studied talked about anchors and where we anchor our boats. When hard times come, and they will make sure your anchor is Jesus Christ and his gospel. I know that if you have that you will be able to take the challenges and be able to stay strong. I love you all! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
