Ashlyn's Mission Memories

What's up y'all! This week as the title says we did lots of service. We ended up having service every day which is awesome! It makes it go by so fast. We have a friend named Peter who came to church last week and he came again! We haven't even met with him since we met him because he has a crazy schedule. We also had a lesson with a few kids in this trailer park. They are so sweet and have such a cute testimony of Jesus Christ. We are hoping to get the parents in on them too. We had service for a member and it was probably the grossest thing I've experienced lol. Touched some things that were pretty disgusting. But it helped her so much and made for good memories lol. We also did lots of service for our favorite members who are moving the Pack's. It's sooo sad. We are gonna miss them so much. But she's going to Utah so that's okay.  On Saturday we had a women's zone conference. It was sooo good and we went to Red Robin which was yum! We also had a YS...

What's upppp! This week felt like the longest but fastest week ever. We had two friends come to church though! One I invited on Saturday and he had family members who were baptized before! His name is Peter and he is so sweet and after I invited him to church he gave us cold waters! Then we had a guy named Both Sides Billy because when we invited him he insisted we sit on both sides of him. Well he was a little creepy and we didn't think he would come... but he did. A member sat by him so we didn't and he was very upset about that lol. Other than that we had exchanges and I was with Sister Ady and it was sooo fun!! I love her!!  We see lots of pretty sunsets but sadly there's so many trees. Sister McComas also gave me some good braids so that helps to keep the hair up. Anotha week in Mont Gum Gum. And it was a good one. Jesse from my last area got baptized!! I'm so happy for him he's so awesome! And we've been trying to find some people to teach. We had zone conference and it was back in my old town. So I stayed in my old apartment and saw all my besties from the past transfers. It was weird to be back but SO fun to see everyone! We went to the Zoo! So that was super fun. It was her bday so we celebrated! Now I don't know what my favorite animal is tho lol. Zone conference yay! It was really good I learned a lot about looking forward to the future instead if looking at the past. And to embrace urgency and obedience!  We met with our new member names Steve and he is struggling health wise. It's so sad and I feel so bad every time we go by. What's up everyone. This week was crazy!! We went to the temple with our new member Djmy. It was so special and I love the temple so much! We've been doing a lot of finding so thats been fun lol. But we have a lot of fun.  Remeber how last week I said that we have some Haitian friends we will have to start learning Haitian for. Well this week we got a call from President and we got reassigned to speak Haitian Creole. So that's crazy. I've got 11 months to learn a new language so feeling hype.   I got to see my bestie girl Sister Ady which was sooo fun!! I love her so much! When we got the call from President hahah. Hey everyone!! Another week down! And it's transfee week again. Time flew by these last 6 weeks. And I genuinely have no idea what will happen hahah. This week we didn't have really anything too exciting happen. We had a few lessons with our bestie Jesse! He teaches us patience in the best way lol.
