Anotha one

Anotha week in Mont Gum Gum. And it was a good one. Jesse from my last area got baptized!! I'm so happy for him he's so awesome! And we've been trying to find some people to teach. We had zone conference and it was back in my old town. So I stayed in my old apartment and saw all my besties from the past transfers. It was weird to be back but SO fun to see everyone!

We went to the Zoo! So that was super fun. It was her bday so we celebrated! Now I don't know what my favorite animal is tho lol.




Zone conference yay! It was really good I learned a lot about looking forward to the future instead if looking at the past. And to embrace urgency and obedience! 

We met with our new member names Steve and he is struggling health wise. It's so sad and I feel so bad every time we go by. But he is a silly guy and we are trying to convince him to go to the doctors soon. We were sitting on wet chairs while talking to him tho so this was the aftermath trying to dry my pants haha.





It's been raining here for 3 days and it's so pretty. The weather has been amazing. Sadly this week that's over... but we enjoyed it while it lasted lol.

That's all. This week I learned a lot of new Creole words and definitely praying a lot to be able to speak to our friends. But I know God has a plan for me and for each of you. He puts things and people in our lives for a reason. 

And Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mom's who have helped raise me and have been an example to me! I love all of you!!

Well, my bad I didn't write last week. I really didn't have much to report and had no pictures. I also was sick on Monday so I was not feeling it hahah.  This is all I have to report from last week. Had an awesome lunch with a member Sister Champagne. It was so fun and delicious. We also filmed for our social media page and then got Chic-fil-a! Then we also got Zaxby's Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. That was spectacular! I had been talking about it my whole mish and so finally having it was wonderful. So thankful for Lucie introducing that one to me. Wow pretty much looks like all we do here is eat. Lastly, we played some fun games on p-day. But that night I started to really feel like I was getting real sick.  So this was me Tuesday at the end of the day. I was perishing. Probably my hardest day so far. We're back

Okay it's been a while since I've written one of these. My bad. Lots has happened tho! We had zone conference and got a new mission president!! Oh my I love them so much. They are an answer to all of my prayers with the revelation they have for this mission already. They are SO FUN!!! We had a meet and greet with them and it was awesome. They are young and so cool. So that's pretty exciting. Zone conference was good. We said bye to the Chibota's which was sad. We will miss them too!  Lowkey these past weeks have been pretty hard but I've learned to rely on Heavenly Father more than I ever have. I had only Him to pray and talk to and sometimes I would just sit there with Him and I could feel that I was loved. Some days I didn't know how I could get through the long day but I prayed in my head and I know He gives us strength. I also appreciate every one of you who sends prayers to missionaries. Exchanges!!

This week was pretty good. We had 5 of our Haitian friends come to church!! They drove 40 minutes to get there!! We put 2 people on baptismal date and we had a lot of good lessons. We have been finding a lot and that has been helpful! Our new mission president is changing a lot of things and it is so good! We now can use our apartment gyms and we are all going on a 3 week social media fast. This next week is transfers and I'm so scared haha. I am curious to see what he will do and if he switches things up.  We had exchanges this week and I got to see my best friend Sister Ady!! ❤️👯🏼‍♀️ Yayayayay!! I love her and it brought me so much joy. I am so lucky with the friends God has blessed me with from serving a mission. I've met some lifelong friends. Sister Ady is leaving so it was our last exchange ever. Next time we are together we will be partying it up in good ole Utah.
