BIG NEWS!

What's up everyone. This week was crazy!! We went to the temple with our new member Djmy. It was so special and I love the temple so much! We've been doing a lot of finding so thats been fun lol. But we have a lot of fun. 

Remeber how last week I said that we have some Haitian friends we will have to start learning Haitian for. Well this week we got a call from President and we got reassigned to speak Haitian Creole. So that's crazy. I've got 11 months to learn a new language so feeling hype.
 
I got to see my bestie girl Sister Ady which was sooo fun!! I love her so much!

When we got the call from President hahah. It was shocking.

We got a little sweet treat this week since chick fil a is about 2 minutes from our house. A good day is a sweet treat away.


We got to go to the temple with Djmy!! It was so special! The temple is my favorite place ever and that's one of the things I've missed being out here. He was so happy and he is just the sweetest ever. All of the people who are in his house are so patient with us learning their language hahah. So thank goodness for that!


There is so much joy in serving the Lord! The days can be hard but the blessings I see and the miracles there are make it all worth it. It is tiring, but so worth it and I have seen God's hand in my life so much! This week was hard at times but I learned so many things that will help me throughout my whole life! I know that because of Jesus Christ we are never alone in our struggles and sufferings. He is there every step of the way. He knows us and loves us perfectly! And I love y'all!!

Well, my bad I didn't write last week. I really didn't have much to report and had no pictures. I also was sick on Monday so I was not feeling it hahah.  This is all I have to report from last week. Had an awesome lunch with a member Sister Champagne. It was so fun and delicious. We also filmed for our social media page and then got Chic-fil-a! Then we also got Zaxby's Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. That was spectacular! I had been talking about it my whole mish and so finally having it was wonderful. So thankful for Lucie introducing that one to me. Wow pretty much looks like all we do here is eat. Lastly, we played some fun games on p-day. But that night I started to really feel like I was getting real sick.  So this was me Tuesday at the end of the day. I was perishing. Probably my hardest day so far. We're back

Okay it's been a while since I've written one of these. My bad. Lots has happened tho! We had zone conference and got a new mission president!! Oh my I love them so much. They are an answer to all of my prayers with the revelation they have for this mission already. They are SO FUN!!! We had a meet and greet with them and it was awesome. They are young and so cool. So that's pretty exciting. Zone conference was good. We said bye to the Chibota's which was sad. We will miss them too!  Lowkey these past weeks have been pretty hard but I've learned to rely on Heavenly Father more than I ever have. I had only Him to pray and talk to and sometimes I would just sit there with Him and I could feel that I was loved. Some days I didn't know how I could get through the long day but I prayed in my head and I know He gives us strength. I also appreciate every one of you who sends prayers to missionaries. Exchanges!!

This week was pretty good. We had 5 of our Haitian friends come to church!! They drove 40 minutes to get there!! We put 2 people on baptismal date and we had a lot of good lessons. We have been finding a lot and that has been helpful! Our new mission president is changing a lot of things and it is so good! We now can use our apartment gyms and we are all going on a 3 week social media fast. This next week is transfers and I'm so scared haha. I am curious to see what he will do and if he switches things up.  We had exchanges this week and I got to see my best friend Sister Ady!! ❤️👯🏼‍♀️ Yayayayay!! I love her and it brought me so much joy. I am so lucky with the friends God has blessed me with from serving a mission. I've met some lifelong friends. Sister Ady is leaving so it was our last exchange ever. Next time we are together we will be partying it up in good ole Utah.
