Service and more service

What's up y'all! This week as the title says we did lots of service. We ended up having service every day which is awesome! It makes it go by so fast. We have a friend named Peter who came to church last week and he came again! We haven't even met with him since we met him because he has a crazy schedule. We also had a lesson with a few kids in this trailer park. They are so sweet and have such a cute testimony of Jesus Christ. We are hoping to get the parents in on them too. We had service for a member and it was probably the grossest thing I've experienced lol. Touched some things that were pretty disgusting. But it helped her so much and made for good memories lol.

We also did lots of service for our favorite members who are moving the Pack's. It's sooo sad. We are gonna miss them so much. But she's going to Utah so that's okay. 

On Saturday we had a women's zone conference. It was sooo good and we went to Red Robin which was yum! We also had a YSA activity that night so a pretty fire Saturday!

These are the homeless mats we make for people. It's out of grocery bags. 

Sister McComas braided my hair which was so nice cause guys it's getting HOT here. But I just keep reminding myself I only have to have one summer here lol.

You know we love Walmart. Contacting in public goes crazyyy.

Sunday we got donuts and rice krispys. The member here are so cute.
A pretty good week overall! Transfers are next week which is crazy! Still trying to learn Creole but yanno that's taking some time. But I know God trusts me even when I don't lol.


Jesus love y'all so much! He suffered for you personally and He knows you. He will give you strength when you need it. I have found that a lot this transfer as this transfer has been crazy and hard sometimes. I love y'all! Talk to you next week!!

Well, my bad I didn't write last week. I really didn't have much to report and had no pictures. I also was sick on Monday so I was not feeling it hahah.  This is all I have to report from last week. Had an awesome lunch with a member Sister Champagne. It was so fun and delicious. We also filmed for our social media page and then got Chic-fil-a! Then we also got Zaxby's Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. That was spectacular! I had been talking about it my whole mish and so finally having it was wonderful. So thankful for Lucie introducing that one to me. Wow pretty much looks like all we do here is eat. Lastly, we played some fun games on p-day. But that night I started to really feel like I was getting real sick.  So this was me Tuesday at the end of the day. I was perishing. Probably my hardest day so far. We're back

Okay it's been a while since I've written one of these. My bad. Lots has happened tho! We had zone conference and got a new mission president!! Oh my I love them so much. They are an answer to all of my prayers with the revelation they have for this mission already. They are SO FUN!!! We had a meet and greet with them and it was awesome. They are young and so cool. So that's pretty exciting. Zone conference was good. We said bye to the Chibota's which was sad. We will miss them too!  Lowkey these past weeks have been pretty hard but I've learned to rely on Heavenly Father more than I ever have. I had only Him to pray and talk to and sometimes I would just sit there with Him and I could feel that I was loved. Some days I didn't know how I could get through the long day but I prayed in my head and I know He gives us strength. I also appreciate every one of you who sends prayers to missionaries. Exchanges!!

This week was pretty good. We had 5 of our Haitian friends come to church!! They drove 40 minutes to get there!! We put 2 people on baptismal date and we had a lot of good lessons. We have been finding a lot and that has been helpful! Our new mission president is changing a lot of things and it is so good! We now can use our apartment gyms and we are all going on a 3 week social media fast. This next week is transfers and I'm so scared haha. I am curious to see what he will do and if he switches things up.  We had exchanges this week and I got to see my best friend Sister Ady!! ❤️👯🏼‍♀️ Yayayayay!! I love her and it brought me so much joy. I am so lucky with the friends God has blessed me with from serving a mission. I've met some lifelong friends. Sister Ady is leaving so it was our last exchange ever. Next time we are together we will be partying it up in good ole Utah.
